Template proposal (Don Reba 23:55, 17 July 2008 (EEST))

I propose to make descriptions collapsible. In the collapsed state, a mods description includes a title with an internal link, a one-line summary, and links to forum download and discussion threads. The one-line summary can be expanded to show a longer description similar to those found on game cover backs.
