Edit level map bounds
- Open level in
LevelEditor'е
(File -> Open ->
for example,mp_test
) - Change type on
Shape
in menuEdit Mode
- Press
Edit Level Bound
- Choose grey
Box Shape
of level map - Edit it of necessity(for example,
Scale
endwiseX,Y
) -
Compile -> Make Game
and save the level.
Make screenshot of map in the game
To make screenshoot
of map in the game you need to do:
1. In the folder "C:\Program Files\Deep Silver\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Clear Sky"
create diractory "gamedata\levels"
2. Copy mp_test
to it which is in : "X:\gamedata\levels\mp_test"
3. From SDK
copy file runCreateMap.cmd
("C:\Program Files\X-Ray SDK\scripts_plugins\runCreateMap.cmd"
) to root forlder of the game "C:\Program Files\Deep Silver\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Clear Sky
"
4. Start level : runCreateMap.cmd mp_test
5. Open console by key "~"
, and write there demo_record 1
. Press Enter
. Close console.
6. Press F11
. Quit the game.
7. Copy file map_mp_test.tga
("C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\STALKER-STCS\screenshots"
) to folder X:\import
8. Open LevelEditor
9. Images -> Check New Textures -> OK
10. Delete folder "C:\Program Files\Deep Silver\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Clear Sky\gamedata"
Add map to project
1. from folder X:\gamedata\textures\map
copy two files map_mp_test.thm
and map_mp_test.dds
tp folder "C:\Program Files\X-Ray SDK\map_compressor\for_levels\levels\mp_test\map"
2. Go to Map Compressor.
