Confidentiality policy
If you're just browsing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. MOD portal, there is not more information collected about you here, than in the protocols of average Internet server work.
When you're posting or editing materials of the projects of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. MOD portal, you issue each and every word of what you've written, and this information will be stored an unlimited time. This applies to materials posted on the portal's pages, messages and forum's pages as well.
Personal information
Simply visiting the web-site doesn't expose your identity publicly. All registration data (except for the registrant's (nick-)name) is the property of the authors and is not disclosed to other users. The web-site administration doesn't guarantee the impossibility of an unauthorized access to any information submitted. Also we do not bear responsibility for the safety of the author's profile and his information, if he/she unveils the data of his profile (such as login and password) to the third parties.
Publishing materials on the web-site
When you post information on the pages of this project (texts, messages, or MODs), you're publishing a document. This is a public act, and you will be deemed publicly the author of this information. Upon such publishing, you automatically agree that the materials, published on the pages of the project S.T.A.L.K.E.R. MOD portal, can be used by any person.
Also you agree that the developer of the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - GSC Game World - as the author of the project can use the posted materials at its own discretion.
The portal's administration is strongly against publishing other people's MODs under your name, using MODs or their components as the parts of new developments without the permission of the author. The portal's administration has a right to delete such MODs without notification or explanation.
